The AGM will be held following a short session upstairs in the Irish Hall. Food and drink will be provided by the Club.
Everyone is welcome to attend the AGM but only financial members are eligible to vote during the meeting.
An attendance list will be left at the door and must be completed by everyone attending the AGM.
